Refund Policy

1. Digital Products (E-Books)

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final. Once you have purchased the pre-order or received the digital download link, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are receiving immediate access to a digital product or a reserved spot for a digital release.

• Digital products cannot be "returned," and therefore, the value cannot be recouped.

• "Buyer’s Remorse" or a change of heart regarding the content/themes of the book does not constitute a valid reason for a refund.

2. Pre-Orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are securing your copy of the book ahead of the official release.

• Cancellations: You may request a cancellation of your pre-order up to 48 hours before the official release date. After that window, the order is processed for digital delivery and is non-refundable.

• Delivery: Digital copies will be sent to the email address provided at checkout on the specified launch date. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the email address is correct.

3. Content Disclaimer

This book contains real, raw, and explicit adult content (WLW encounters). By purchasing, you confirm that you are 18+ years of age. Refunds will not be granted based on the explicit nature of the content, as this is clearly stated in the product description.

4. Technical Issues

If you experience a technical issue with your download (e.g., a corrupted file), please contact support at ctrlherco@gmail.com with your order number. We will ensure a functional copy is delivered to you. Technical difficulties do not entitle the buyer to a refund, only a replacement of the digital file.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

Fraudulent chargebacks will be contested. We maintain logs of all digital deliveries and IP addresses associated with downloads to provide as evidence to payment processors (Stripe/PayPal/Wix Payments) in the event of a dispute.
