When you join the private reader list, we collect the email address you provide. When you use Off Record Hotline, we collect the alias, email address, story, question, selected submission level, consent choices, and payment status you provide. The site may also receive basic technical information used for security, performance, and understanding how visitors use the site.
How we use it
Reader-list emails are used to share new releases, bonus material, product updates, and occasional offers from CTRL HER CO. We do not sell your personal information.
Payments and outside services
Stripe processes website payments, and Amazon handles Kindle purchases. Those services receive information according to their own privacy policies. CTRL HER CO does not store your full payment-card details.
Off Record Hotline
Public YouTube Hotline submissions may be reviewed, edited, quoted, summarized, or discussed in public content after you consent to that use. Completely Private Email submissions are used only to prepare and deliver your private response and will not be published or reused. You are responsible for omitting real names, addresses, workplaces, and other details that could identify anyone involved.
Private advice requests
For paid advice, we collect the name, optional alias, email, selected answers, situation, optional main question, payment status, and response. We use these details to verify the purchase, prepare a private written answer, and send it to the checkout email. The request and response are available in the owner-only inbox and are not published or reused as public content. Replies are sent through a CTRL HER CO branded address so the owner’s personal email is not disclosed.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from reader emails at any time. You may also request removal of your email or an unused Hotline submission by contacting ctrlherco@gmail.com. A public submission cannot be removed from a video after that video has been produced or published.
