Books and digital products

Digital books sold through this site are licensed for the purchaser’s personal use only. You may not copy, resell, upload, share, distribute, or reproduce the files without written permission from CTRL HER CO.

Intellectual property

The books, writing, photography, branding, product names, graphics, and site content belong to Ferlandria Washington and CTRL HER CO unless otherwise stated.

Purchases

Website payments are processed securely by Stripe. Kindle purchases are completed through Amazon. Prices and product availability may change, but a completed order will be honored according to the offer shown at checkout.

Off Record Hotline submissions

You must be at least 18 years old to submit to Off Record Hotline and must remove identifying details. If you choose the Public YouTube Answer, you grant CTRL HER CO permission to edit, quote, summarize, discuss, and publish the submission anonymously in YouTube videos and related promotional content. If you choose the Completely Private Email Answer, the submission and response will not be published or reused.

The Hotline accepts paid submissions only. A completed $20 Public YouTube Answer purchase guarantees an anonymous public response within 30 days. A completed $40 Completely Private Email Answer purchase guarantees a private written response delivered to the email used at checkout within 30 days. Payment guarantees an answer, not agreement or favorable advice.

Private advice

Private advice is for adults 18 and older. The $45 One Question option includes a focused written answer with practical next steps. The $85 Deep Dive includes a longer written response with more detailed analysis and next steps. Both are delivered to the email address used at Stripe checkout within 7 days after your completed question is submitted. The exact offer shown before checkout controls your purchase.

You receive personal commentary and practical suggestions, not a live appointment. No response can guarantee someone’s feelings, consent, or a relationship outcome. Do not include another person’s full name, contact information, or details you lack permission to share.

Hotline content disclaimer

Off Record Hotline is entertainment and personal commentary. It is not therapy, medical care, legal advice, crisis assistance, or professional counseling. Do not use the Hotline for emergencies, threats, active abuse crises, or situations requiring a licensed professional or emergency service.
